必ずご予約いただいた出航時間の10分前までにお越しください。遅れた場合はキャンセル扱いとなります。交通機関のダイヤの乱れ、道路状況・交通渋滞および周辺散策路での迷子などの理由で出航時間を遅らせることはできません。お時間に余裕をもって安全運転でお越し下さいませ。
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reserved departure time.

- ランチクルーズについてLunch Cruise

クルーズのランチは通常スープカレープレートとなっておりますが、ナポリタンプレートに変更が可能です。変更は事前予約で承っております。前日までにメールまたはお電話にて「スープカレー◯個」、「ナポリタン◯個」とお伝え下さい。
Cruise lunches usually consist of a soup curry plate, a Hokkaido specialty.

ペット同伴の場合は必ず予約フォームの「ご連絡事項」欄へペット同伴の旨をご記入ください。

当日の予約や変更がある場合は、必ずご来店前にお電話で連絡をお願いいたします。メールや来店時ではお受けできかねます。

- 運行の中止についてCancellation of service

- 天候不良などにより欠航する場合がございます。
- 当日の朝に運航・欠航の判断を行い、欠航の場合のみクルーズ予約フォームにご入力いただく電話番号へご連絡いたします。
- フォームにご入力いただく電話番号は、必ず当日連絡の取れる携帯電話番号等をご入力ください。
- クルーズ欠航の場合、店内のお席への代替をご希望される場合はお席に空きがあれば優先的にご案内させていただきますが、満席の場合もございますので、店内のお席の確約は致しかねます。予めご了承ください。
- Cruises may be canceled because of adverse weather conditions and other factors.
- The decision whether to cancel the cruise or not is made on the morning of the day of the cruise.
You will be contacted via the email address you entered in the reservation form only in the event of cancellation.
